Angie and Nathan Works are the husband-and-wife team behind Works Construction, serving Cook County and Grand Marais, Minnesota. With over 20 years of experience, Nathan builds craftsman-style, energy-efficient homes and remodels designed for comfort and performance.
Angie, co-owner and operations manager, keeps projects running smoothly while balancing her nursing background, family life, and community involvement. Together, they share a passion for quality construction, family values, and sustainable home design that reflects the spirit of Northern Minnesota.
Noah Works
As a Journeyman-level carpenter and aspiring craftsman builder, Noah is a trusted team member known for precise, dependable workmanship. From framing to finishing, he takes pride in each project and shares his skills with others. His steady approach ensures every build meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Reliable and dedicated, Noah adds value to the team in every stage of construction. Away from the job, he enjoys playing video games, writing creatively, and spending time with his family. These interests keep him balanced and inspired, helping him return with fresh ideas, steady focus, and a passion for craftsmanship.

Project Coordinator
Phoebe connects big ideas to successful outcomes. As a Project Coordinator, she guides each phase of construction—from early planning and design to the final walkthrough—ensuring every detail reflects the client’s vision. Known for clear communication and strong organizational skills, she keeps schedules on track, coordinates smoothly with both crew and clients, and delivers projects on time and to a high standard. Her dedication transforms concepts into finished spaces that exceed expectations. Outside of work, Phoebe enjoys exploring new hobbies and spending time with loved ones, finding fresh inspiration that fuels her thoughtful approach and commitment to every project.

As an aspiring crew member tasked with all things laborer, Greg’s day-to-day hard work builds our foundation for quality craftsmanship. Whether supporting on site or lending a hand wherever needed, Greg’s dedication and team-first attitude keep projects moving forward. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, exploring the outdoors, and diving into the latest video games—interests that fuel his energy and creativity, which he brings back to the job each day.

Scott is a seasoned carpenter and valued member of the Works Construction crew. Though retired from business, he continues to bring his craftsmanship, reliability, and deep experience to every project. With a lifelong passion for building and a love of the outdoors, Scott enjoys spending his free time fishing and making memories with family. His steady presence and dedication reflect the same spirit of hard work and community that define Works Construction.
