Who We Are

Works Construction is a state-licensed general contractor based in Grand Marais, Minnesota. We specialize in custom high-performance homes, passive house builds, energy retrofits, and maintenance services across Cook County and beyond.

Founded by Nathan Works with over 30 years of construction experience, our crew operates on three principles: precision in every detail, transparency with every client, and respect for the people doing the work. We build homes that perform. We need people who do the same.
